30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with any product, Cuddlebunz will refund your money for unused products (not worn, not washed, and in original packaging) within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges on unused items may be made without incurring a restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping charges.
Returning Diaper Packages
All Diaper Packages must be returned complete. If any items are missing from the returned Diaper Package the customer will be charged full retail price for those items missing.
Defective Merchandise
All items are guaranteed against manufacturers' defects. On the rare occasion you do have a problem with snaps, velcro, stitching, etc... please let us know and we can help you get in contact with the proper manufacturer.
